THE LADY BEHIND THE SCENES
As co-owner and wife, Kai is in charge of all office operations. Graduating from Graceland University in Iowa, she has a Bachelors of Arts in International Studies, with concentrations in Sociology and Peace Studies, and a minor in both Spanish and Psychology. With a rich education, she also has an extensive history in the customer service industry. Before starting Veteran Flooring LLC, she spent many years as a personal and virtual assistant; tackling a variety of tasks and situations. With that and being a mother of 4, her experiences easily translate to aid the position she is in now.
